When Talk is NOT Enough: Heal Yourself with Energy Psychology
E
nergy Psychology (EP) utilizes a broad range of psychological methods that rapidly create positive changes in emotions, thoughts and behaviors by integrating Eastern methods (Mind-Body-Spirit) with Western methods (Talk Therapy). Energy Psychology is empowering, easy to learn and it teaches people simple ways to feel healthier. It can be utilized by an individual out of an offi ce. EP’s techniques release and heal
negative emotions as well as traumatic events that are “stuck” in the body. Those may have caused individuals to experience emotional and possible physical discomfort and are effective for addressing anxiety, depression, traumas, fears, pains, limiting beliefs (obstacles that have been created consciously or subconsciously), stresses and emotional components of illnesses. EP’s modalities heal and remove blockages rapidly by rebalancing and optimizing the body’s electrical system using chakras (energy centers throughout the body), meridians (pathways in the body that carry energy to all the systems in the body), acupoints and the bio-fi eld (human energy fi eld or aura). Food Transparency Vermont Demands GMO Labeling
Vermont Senator David Zuckerman and Representative Carolyn Partridge spearheaded efforts for Vermont to pass the nation’s fi rst unrestricted mandatory
labeling bill for genetically modifi ed organisms (GMO). The state legislature’s collective efforts, lasting more than a decade, led to an unprecedented, game-changing new law signed by Governor Peter Shumlin on April 23.
Anticipating the current lawsuit by Monsanto and the Grocery Manufactur- ers Association, Vermont has set aside $10 million for legal fees. The Organic Manu- facturers Association is working to expand funding behind Vermont’s defense because the outcome could affect all 50 states. Unless legally overturned, starting July 1, 2016, products sold in Vermont that contain more than 0.9 percent GMO content contamination will require a statement on the label indicating that genetic engineering was used. Products that contain GMOs and are labeled as such cannot also label their products as “natural”. The bill, however, does not apply to labels for milk, eggs and meat from animals fed GMOs.
