In this weekend workshop, Dr. Crider will provide a basic understanding of how to use seven remedies, plus a strong foundation of self care including the top homeopathic remedies everyone should have in their fi rst aid kit. Dr. Heather Crider is a Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She has dedicated her life to the study of natural medicine. She found natural medicine when she gained amazing relief herself from allergies during her study at U of A. She also traveled to Borneo, where she met a healer in the jungle who gathered her medicine from the forest. The people were in very good health and felt that the forest provided everything they needed to thrive and remain healthy. She realized she wanted to combine what she had learned and apply it to something that could really benefi t the world.
