With an in-house legal, planning and construction team as well as more than 12 years’ experience in renewable energies, we work in collaboration with Savills Energy to ensure that every development benefits from the highest level of expertise and diligence.
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join our in-house legal team.
As a key member of our team your responsibilities will involve a variety of Commercial Property, development and transactional matters. You will have a strong academic background and be committed to delivering customer service excellence. We welcome applications from candidates – ranging from Paralegals to Solicitors of circa +5yrs – and from both in-house positions and private practice firms. Legal 500 experience is a strong preference.
This role presents a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, growing and forward-thinking legal team within an exciting company and is easily commutable from Liverpool, Preston and Southport.
