Banks
There are 24-hour cash point machines along the main Atrium (although there is a charge to use these ATMs). A free service is provided by NatWest Bank in the Piazza.
Canvassing
Canvassing for orders by unauthorised persons and the distribution or display of printed material, placards, handbills or circulars, except by exhibitors within the confines of their own stand, is prohibited.
Catering
A self-service restaurant, cafeteria and bar are located within Hall 9.
Car Parking
The NEC charges £10.00 per day for parking. Shuttle buses operate throughout the day taking visitors from the car parks to the exhibition hall entrance.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located to the left of the entrance to the ACR Show (Hall 9) and will remain open for 30 minutes after the close of the show. The charge is £1.00 per item, per day. Any items remaining at the end of the day will be taken to the Lost Property Office (see Lost Property).
Entry
Admission to the show is FREE. The Organiser operates a strictly no under 16s policy.
Exhibitor’s Stands
The Organisers reserve the right to change the stand numbers without notice. The Organiser’s office will be able to assist with any related enquiry.
First Aid
The NEC Security staff are fully equipped to deal with any First Aid requirements. Please report any incidents to the Organiser’s Office from where the appropriate level of assistance can be arranged.

Lost Property
Lost property should be reported to and collected from the Security Office adjacent to Hall 6.
Organiser’s Office
The Organiser’s Office is located to the left of the entrance to the ACR Show and is contactable by telephone on 0870 7614 761
Press Office
The Press Office is located on the show floor, alongside the ACR News stand, where full press information is available.
Sales Office
The Sales Office is located on the show floor, adjacent to the ACR News stand where full details on the ACR Show 2016 are available.
Security
To maintain a high level of security, all visitors and exhibitors are required to wear their badges at all times whilst in the NEC complex.
Toilets
There are toilets along the left hand wall of the exhibition hall, adjacent to the restaurant.

Airport: Birmingham Airport is only a short taxi ride away from the NEC. Flight details are available from the Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau in the Piazza.
Bus Services: Local bus services operate from the railway station car park.
Taxis: There is a taxi rank outside the main entrance and taxi free-phones can be found in the Atrium foyer.
Wi-Fi Wi-fi is available, free of charge, throughout the NEC.
