ACR Show Preview 21 Genuine parts ensure continued reliable service (E8)
OPERATIONAL HVAC processes need a continued running at highest capacity, without interruption.
Not only is it the need of the facility to run at most energy efficient capacity but product and people environments need to be stable as well. As a leading company in HVAC genuine parts, Johnson Controls has the expertise to recommend and offer users the necessary spare parts needed for installed equipment at the customer’s site.
The company is able to identify the required parts,
based on factory bills and serial numbers and can deliver them instantly from its large European inventory. Johnson Controls has an online database and parts centre service platform at
www.allparts.eu, which enables its customers to consult and retrieve technical specifications of the entire range of York chillers parts, as well as place orders to ensure quick delivery. It makes ordering and servicing customers’ facilities easy to do, ensuring reliability and continuity with genuine parts.
Glycol for critical applications (D20)
KILFROST WILL be drawing on its 80 years of expertise to demonstrate the benefits of inhibited glycols for safety critical applications at the ACR Show 2014.
Kilfrost’s range of inhibited glycol- based heat transfer fluids, which are used in heating, cooling and industrial applications, exceed the ASTM 1384-05 corrosion test standard, providing high levels of corrosion protection. The life span of any cooling or heating system depends on the quality of the heat transfer fluid used, while it is also important to abide by an efficient and rigorous maintenance regime.
Kilfrost will be showcasing the Cooltrans range designed for secondary refrigerant and industrial cooling applications.
This includes:
■ Cooltrans CT – a mono ethylene glycol based heat transfer fluid
■ Cooltrans Plus CTP – a mono propylene glycol based heat transfer fluid
■ Cooltrans Sustain CTS – a bio glycol based heat transfer fluid.
Cooltrans Sustain CTS is manufactured from corn-sugar- derived glycol which is both sustainable and completely recyclable.
Not only does the fluid’s production see a large reduction in the consumption of non-renewable energy, the product
Kilfrost’s range of heat transfer fluids provides protection against corrosion such as this.
itself is readily biodegradable and has low toxicity. As a result, it is ideally suited for use in indirect food and beverage cooling applications.
