13.30 – 15.00 FRESH The Future of Meetings: A Pecha Kucha Series and Panel
At EIBTM you can discover the future of meetings and events. The very short (Pecha Kucha) presentations of a dozen speakers gives you a glimpse of the future from different angles. Will we all stay home and connect to our computer? Will robots represent remote participants? Are mobile apps going to get even more involved? Will we all return to simple conversation and debate? Several members of the Meeting Support Institute give their own FRESH perspective on the future. Followed by a debate where you can ask anything you have on your mind.

14.15 – 15.00 Charity Project in Action: Teaming
Teaming is an initiative started by Jil van Eyle in order to create team micro donations which individually wouldn’t have any value. Teaming is a clear “bottom up” movement. A way to practice Teaming in a company is that every employee gives 1 Euro of their payroll to a project chosen between all participants. The success is generated between colleagues because they are the ones who decide to participate on a voluntary basis in this charitable project and giving 1 Euro per month to a social project they choose altogether. Nowadays according to a research of the University of Barcelona more than a 1.000 companies in 40 countries practice Teaming and altogether they generate more than 200.000 per month for social causes. Stream: Sustainability Knowledge Speakers: Jil Van Eyle, Founder of Teaming
15.00 – 16.00 Best Practices for Mobile Engagement
In this non-technical case-study based presentation, attendees will come away with a greater understanding of the factors that affect mobile user engagement.
