First Aid
The First Aid point is located on Block C, behind stand C10. If the First Aid point cannot be reached, please contact the hall manager who will direct the medic to the incident.
Genius Zones
Find your Genius at the new EIBTM Genius Zones: The Event Genius Zone on stand D20, The Sustainability Genius Zone on stand L30 and the Hologram Genius Zone on stand B70.
Global Media Partners Lounge (Central Welcome Piazza) Pick up complimentary copies of the industry’s leading trade publications on display in the Global Media Partners Lounge situated at new Central Welcome Piazza.
Cafés and Restaurants
There are many dining options at EIBTM from cafés and restaurants to the EIBTM Bar, offering light snacks, beverages, buffets or full dinner service, located around the exhibition fl oor and throughout Hall 3. New for this year are the Tapas Piazza (C40) sponsored by Madrid Convention Bureau and Seafood and Cava Piazza (M55) sponsored by Brand USA, located on the main aisle of the show.
Car Parking
There is an underground car park at the venue; the entrance is at the front of the Fira. Build-up/ dismantling and Show period: €3 per hour available to purchase at the car park. Pre-paid tickets are available to purchase from the customer service desk: €25 per day (show period). Last day of build-up + 3 days of show: €55. A combined ticket of build- up. 3 days of show and breakdown: €76.
Cash Point
There is a cash point located in the registration area at the Accés Sud entrance.
Cloakroom and Luggage Storage There are two cloakrooms available with luggage storage facilities. Cloakroom A is located at the Central Bus Station and Cloakroom B is located at the Accés Sud entrance. Please note that at peak times these areas will be busy.
EIBTM Knowledge
The EIBTM Knowledge programme offers cutting edge education delivered by leading international experts. Seminars take place in the Conference Centre located on the walkway, ACS Lecture Theatre, and show floor features.

Show Daily
The Show Daily is the offi cial EIBTM newspaper which is produced and published daily by Grupo Eventoplus. The Show Daily reports on activities and news at EIBTM including interviews with experts, Visitors and Exhibitors; and results of polls and surveys conducted during the show. Make sure you pick up your copy each day, available at the entrances, Hosted Buyer lounges or at Show Daily Offi ce located in the Media Centre, stand A30.
Relaxation Zone Sit back, relax and let your tensions melt away at the EIBTM Relaxation Zone, featuring a new lounge area, spa brought to you by ‘inner sense’ and daily Thai Chi and Yoga sessions. Stand M75.
Stand Awards
The EIBTM Stand Awards will recognise and highlight the best and most effective Exhibitors and their stands. Winners will be notifi ed on the second day of EIBTM as well as featuring in the Show Daily.
