This annual report researches event buyers and suppliers to look at: volume and value of events in Europe; most popular countries for events in the last twelve months and which ones are forecasted for the year ahead; budget changes; satisfaction ratings; the latest issues affecting the market including technology, compliance and social media and whether they are increasing costs and saving money. Participants will discuss the massive list of concerns and challenges when completing site inspections specifi c to the unique needs of incentive groups. Participants will break up into teams, share lessons learned when completing site inspections, create a large list of “need to know site inspection items” and fi nally narrow the list down to the top fi ve items that every planner must walk away from site inspection knowing that will save either time, money, effi ciency or minimise risk.
