Access to standard essential patents (SEPs) is certainly one field where there is still a lot of uncertainty and diverging case law. We hope that the ECJ Huawei v ZTE case gives more clarity and helps towards a balanced system.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
In our legal field, there is quite a lot changing at the moment, and it is very exciting being a part of these developments. LM
