Please introduce yourself, your role and your firm

As well as leading the family law team, I am also head of the private capital group at SGH Martineau. I deal with all issues of marriage and relationship breakdown

with a particular emphasis on highly complex financial proceedings and legal and financial disputes in different jurisdictions.

I was the President of Birmingham Law Society for 2012/2013 and former chair of
