How I got started: My friend asked me to a skating party after school. After that, I asked my mom to sign me up for skating lessons.
Memorable moment: My mom taught Jordan Moeller high school math. When I started skating my mom learned that he figure skates, too. I was asked to skate in his cancer benefit, titled One Skate at a Time, for One Step at a Time cancer camps two years in a row. The money he raises helps the cancer camp that my cousin, Julia, has attended. I felt so honored to skate in the show. A bunch of high- ranked skaters come to skate in it.
