Plant includes lost foam foundry for cast irons, powder coat painting, machining, and assembly. Responsible for quality measurement systems, member of process improvement teams, data collection and analysis, sampling and inspection proce- dures. Functions include handling quality complaints, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and technical assistance to customers and suppliers. Position may include supervision of quality technicians.
Qualifi cations include Bachelor's Degree in engineering, experience in iron casting, Six Sigma training, GB or BB certifi cation a plus, working knowledge of calibration and Gage R&R, familiarity with ISO 9001 and Lean.
