PlayStation 4 may miss 2013 hardware launch in India and Middle East

THE INDIAN release for PS4 may not come before Christmas, PlayStation Europe CEO Jim Ryan has told MCV.

It follows comments made by PlayStation India country manager Atindriya Bose to our sister publication MCV India, who said that the 2013 PlayStation 4 launch was not certain.

"We are not saying anything bad, but we are not saying that they are going to come before Christmas. It is just going to be the subject of a separate announcement.”

going to be good. But exactly how far we are able to go beyond the 32, I don’t yet know,” he added. Sony announced at Gamescom that the PS4 would launch in North America on 15th November and Europe and Latin America on 29th November.
