RX-GMS-GPS


-Ident Type RX-GMS-GPS is a low cost, wireless alarm system capable of monitoring 1000’s of tags simultaneously and sending an SMS alert when a warning is triggered. When a tag or alert is triggered, an alarm will be raised locally via the siren or volt free contact. Up to 3 Users can also be remotely notified by SMS message – The recipient will be notified the details of the tag/alert that has triggered. Resetting the alarm can be done remotely by a Mobile Phone or locally via an in-range Reset Tag. Each receiver is housed in a compact IP65 casing and can be connected to a PC via a USB Cable to setup the module. (PC software included). There are multiple tag types and every tag can have a different function so multiple variables can be monitored simultaneously. Angular heads designed by GESIPA® can be especially used in tight application spaces where minimum possible edge clearance is not more than 12 mm with a total head length of only 90 mm. The robust design of the angular heads allows users to apply setting forces of up to 20 KN when fitting blind rivets. This angular head can be freely fixed anywhere (360° free rotation) along the TAURUS® tensile axis, providing additional room for working in areas with very limited working space.


GESIPA® designed two versions of the angular head where both the versions, angular head 90° compact for TAURUS® 1 and 2 and the angular head 90° TAURUS® 1-4, are characterized by compact and robust design with simple jaw maintenance, if need arises.

rive Lines, UK distributer for R+W couplings and torque limiters, proudly introduces the new LP range. These disc pack couplings are precisely machined to transmit torque across the disc packs purely by friction. The transmission of torque allows for a high degree of precision with zero backlash and minimal torsional windup. There are versions with keyway or conical clamping ring connections, and with intermediate spacers and two disc packs allowing for a high level of misalignment compensation. Larger distances between shaft ends are easily accommodated by custom length spacers, and relatively high speeds can be achieved. The all steel construction lends itself well to fatigue resistance and an infinite service life.


The LP range is available in 6 sizes with torque ratings ranging from 350

Start-Up gives you the shortest possible setup and start-up times. This is extremely important for paint shop and materials handling applications in the automotive industry. On automotive assembly lines there are many robots that have to perform multiple tasks. Each separate task requires a change in their tools. Therefore, several hundred tool changes might be carried out over the course of a day. These connecting and reconnecting processes need to be done in the shortest time possible for the robots to achieve maximum productivity. Therefore, the time between connecting power to the robot and the first cyclic data exchange has to be as short as possible. With the integrated ProfiNet function Fast Start-Up, or FSU, MVK meets the demanding requirements for start-up times: within 400ms of a tool change, the module is operating. The MVK Metal fieldbus module with 7/8" connection also meets the requirements of the automotive industry in several other ways. Its solid zinc die-cast housing makes the module is resistant to weld spatter, oils and lubricants.
