broadcast ten matches live and featured live commentary by Chris Clements, U.S. Men's Coach. White Mountain Sports, a USA Field Hockey sponsor, made game footage available to college coaches and players. Overall 97.4% of survey respondents agreed the Disney Showcase was a big success!

NATIONAL INDOOR TOURNAMENT
The 2012 National Indoor Tournament, sponsored by Yolo Sportswear, kicked off on March 2 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach. U19 Girls and U20 Boys competed in seven matches over three days. An estimated 1,300 athletes and families attended the national event including 2008 Olympian Keli Smith-Puzo who was present signing autographs and posing for pictures. The excitement followed the weekend after in Richmond, Va. at the Greater Richmond Convention Center with U14 and U16 Girls competing in high gear. With an additional 100 teams attending, the year 2012 was the largest National Indoor Tournament since it originated. The economic impact on both Richmond and Virginia Beach was significantly greater than in past years.
