Major metals recycler is searching for one complete rotary kiln system for immediate application. The unit must be “indirect fired” design (i.e. gas or oil fired outside metal retort tube – not refractory-lined), with minimum metal retort tube diameter of 3 ft – length can vary – capable of at least 1400 F continuous operation.


Typical applications are for thermal reclamation of foundry sand or thermal Reactivation of activated carbon.

• Have teaching and/or coaching experience


• Possess 5 years of hands-on experience in the metalcasting industry


• Feel comfortable with speaking to large groups


• Be willing to teach at least twice per year and travel


• Wish to participate in a train-the-trainer program, and a yearly evaluation and improvement process
