Matters The firm worked with a range of international counsel to advise An- gloAmerican on the acquisition of an additional 40% stake in De Beers from the Oppenheimer Family Trust. Another large corporate mandate saw the firm assist Allen & Overy on the sale by Shell of Southern Africa Shell to the Vivo Energy partnership (Vitol, Helios and Shell).
