SUPERINTENDENT: Preferred candidates will have:  Minimum 5 years of supervision on Pre-Engineered buildings & a good understanding of metal buildings

 Ability to establish and maintain effective and positive relationships with individuals at all levels of the company, customers, design team, subcontractors, & suppliers that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations.

 Proficiency in the utilization of a PC, cell phone, and company communication tools, i.e. e-mail, Microsoft products, internet, etc.

 Ability to multi task and handle the multitude of issues that arise daily on a construction project.

 Ability to facilitate weekly safety meetings  Ability to mentor and manage all jobsite personnel  Ability to facilitate safety meetings and training  Availability for extensive travel domestically and internationally
