WORLD BEATING MAINTENANCE SUMMITS AT THE
LEADING EDGE OF MRO
Welcometo the regular update for the AVM Summits of the US and Europe, in which we aim to keep
you informed and up-to-date of event developments, new speakers, topics of discussion and news from our partners.
Aviation Maintenance Magazine is excited to announce that we are expanding our conference offerings. On November 21 and 22 we will be partnering with the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) to bring the AVM Summit USA and PAMA Symposium to Orlando, Fla. We look forward to working with PAMA to resurrect many familiar, fun events such as the Chili Cook-Off and eventually other events like the PAMA Olympics. We look forward to once again offering a place for maintenance professionals to gather, learn, exchange ideas and network. This two-day event will take place at the Royal Plaza Orlando, an official Downtown Disney Resort hotel so plan now to bring the family!
Aviation Maintenance Magazine will also be expanding our AVM Summit London and moving the date to January 2014. We will continue to offer our two-day track of information for anyone interested in learning about PMA parts and how these FAA-approved parts can help MROs, airlines and operators save money. At our second track we will be sharing a wide range of information about MRO and airline maintenance efficiency, technology, flexibility, creating value and surviving in these uncertain times. We will bring together aviation maintenance experts and consultants that will show you new ways of thinking to help improve aircraft availability. Learn about the latest technologies and techniques that can streamline operations. We will look
to different sectors to see what can be learned by cross-pollination of ideas from civilian, military, airline and independent MROs. And finally, but perhaps most importantly, network with your peers in the airline maintenance and MRO world. You never know where your next client, contract or even your next job might come from. We will provide numerous opportunities to meet and brainstorm with kindred spirits who know and understand the unique language and needs of our business.
We are soliciting now for speakers for all three tracks, AVM Summit USA, AVM Summit London PMA and AVM Summit London MRO. If you would like to share information about how MROs can operate more efficiently, save money, be safer, train personnel or know someone who would make a great speaker, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can secure a speaking spot.
The exchange of information and ideas is our goal and there is no better way than to do it in person where you can hear for yourself about methods, products and systems that can help your maintenance business thrive and make personal connections on the spot. Please join us – we’d love to have you!
Sincerely,
Joy Finnegan Editor-in-Chief Aviation Maintenance Magazine
