Minki Balinki Backed by PROPular demand

With a keen eye for detail and a vivacious "can do" approach the team at Minki Balinki HQ, deliver time after time with an ever expanding campaign portfolio. Working with the in house team at Levi's, Minki Balinki were commissioned to build the Christmas campaign scheme for London flagship store and Paris Champs Elysees. Both stores were to have the same visual elements with white cubes featured as the main theme. Demonstrating white and simple design lines. Expertly and positively executed bringing a dramatic flawless edge for maximum impact for in‐store environment & window productions.

Creative Director Nina Tillet explained: "London was to have to have a pyramid tower. The cube components were sprayed with a gloss lacquer coating. Pre rigged in our studio meant construction was 1 hour 30 minutes on site”

Included in this large proportioned brief Minki Balinki were also commissioned to build 4 floating paper envelopes. Constructed from a flexible router panel the enormous envelopes were covered with exquisite photographic paper. Folded in an origami design it disguised the structure inside so it appears to be simply paper floating off the wall with no visible fixing or hanging. These envelopes were to be housing to the projections & also to be the perfect screen for the 10min film of snow on loop. Neighbouring Paris had a structure that included a highly theatrical bridge suspended over the entrance. This was 5m high x 5m wide in high gloss with an illuminated globe. The projection here was a bespoke gobo which intrigued Christmas shoppers in to the store and the overall impression was classic and effortless.
