the end of an era: after 19

I January 2013 Volume 20 Number 1

years at the helm of Land Mobile, Richard Lambley has decided to retire as editor of the magazine. It is my job to try and fill his shoes and, having worked with Richard for the last year, I realize this will not be an easy task. Luckily for me, and the readership, Richard will not be hanging up his boots completely. He will continue to work as a consulting editor for the magazine and will roam the country in order to write about the latest developments in radio. Here’s wishing you a happy (semi) retirement! David Taylor, Editor
