O

ffering 25 exciting new styles, a fresh new look, improved performance and plenty of innovative features, Kustom Kitʼs new website is a great resource for the decorated clothing industry.

Known for its creative websites, online tools and resources, Kustom Kit continues to innovate with the introduction of hi-def catwalk videos – an industry first. With visual references to each garment, these videos provide an accurate

representation of the garment while being worn, which is valuable not only for the decorator, but also for the end user when deciding to buy. All videos can be shared via email or social networking sites, or embedded on a website in just a few clicks, making it an excellent sales tool.

All new styles and colours are highlighted throughout the site and the homepage features a new products section.

With many businesses beginning to go social, Kustom Kit is no exception. Sharing buttons have been introduced to each product page to allow users to easily share product information via the social networking sites Twitter, Facebook and Google+. Decorators can easily target end users by sharing garment information – a simple click and the information can be posted to the decoratorʼs own followers.

Kustom Kit communicates via social media in the first instance, therefore in order to keep up with latest news, a Twitter feed has been applied to the homepage allowing visitors to keep up to date. There is also now a direct link

via the homepage to Kustom Kitʼs marketing resource blog “The Marketing Lounge” which has proven a great success throughout the industry. Existing elements such as the 360º colour viewing,

For more than 70 years, petrol-based synthetic fabrics have formed the basis for workwear, in particular uniforms, throughout the UK and the world, with cheap Far East production dominating the market.

Richard spent years researching fabric which would meet the demands of uniforms, while delivering ethical alternatives. With a 70% bamboo and 30% organic cotton mix developed exclusively for Natural Fabrics, their material will bring all of the benefits of natural fibres such as anti-bacterial properties, as well as being hypoallergenic and anti-fungal – perfect for sensitive or allergy prone skin. Richard added: “My philosophy is to produce well-tailored, stylish and comfortable uniforms, which feel soft and luxurious, while providing benefits such as absorbing and evaporating perspiration, being breathable in hot weather with protection from UV rays, alongside being significantly warmer in the winter. Sustainability is the key to future fabrics and they must come from

natural sources without the use of any chemicals or fertilisers.”

As well as being more caring for the wearer, the uniforms (as well as all of the packaging, bags and tags) hold excellent environmental credentials as they are fully biodegradable and compostable – perfect for the high “throwaway” lifecycle of the medical industry.
