Firm”) is a private limited company registered in Cambodia under the Ministry of Commerce in July 16, 2006 to practice public accountancy and perform accounting services. (www.fdc-cpas.com).
The firm is an exclusive member firm of The International Accounting Group (TIAG) – A Worldwide Alliance of Independent Accounting Firms (TIAG). The Firm also conducts financial audit and financial review of development and non-government organizations based in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam Thailand, India, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
There were two (2) donors from Netherlands , one (1) donor from Sweden and one (1) from Canada who have recognized our work and have recommended us for the audit of the other organizations they are funding not only in Cambodia but also in the Philippines, India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Public Accountant (CPA) with
more than 10 years experience in the practice of public accountancy and financial consulting in the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Nepal, India and Afghanistan. Mr. Donasco is a registered CPA with Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditor’s (KICPAA) and Association of Certified Public Accountants (ACPA) UK.
Ms. Sarah Fontamillas, CPA – Philippines and Cambodia – Partner of FDC has been in the practice of public accountancy for more than thirty years, having worked with two of the biggest firms in the Philippines namely, Price Waterhouse Coopers - Manila as Audit Manager for seven years and KPMG-Peat Marwick Manila as Audit Partner for six years. Ms. Fontamillas has been doing financial audit and consultancy in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam and has done audit work in Hong Kong and the USA.
FDC The firm is licensed by Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and Ministry of Commerce to practice auditing and accounting services in Cambodia.
The Firm’s services include: 1. Audit services 2. Accounting and bookkeeping services 3. Design and installation of accounting system; preparation of finance manual.
For every audit we perform, we prepare a comprehensive management letter that covers all the basic areas of finance that needs improvement. We also provide sufficient time for financial advise and brief training in relation to their internal controls and
computerized accounting system to strengthen their accounting system and improve work efficiency.
Two International NGOs (INGO) based in Cambodia, one (1) from America and one (1) from Switzerland recognized our work in Cambodia in 2009 that appreciate mainly on our preparation of management letter that helps their Organization improve their accounting and internal control system. INGO from America recommended us to their main office in Philadelphia, USA external auditor that we will perform the audit in their behalf in their international office in Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos. INGO from Switzerland asks us to perform audit in their international field office in Kabul, Afghanistan in 2011 and 2012 and Hanoi, Vietnam in 2012.
Our Firm became a member of The International Accounting Group (TIAG) in May 2011. TIAG, founded in 2003, is a worldwide alliance of independent accounting firms. It has membership of more than 100 firms in over 60 countries.
Our Firm was recommended by the US Embassy to the selection committee and we were shortlisted, interviewed and got selected.
In November 2011, the Firm is one of the four firms in Cambodia participated in the Quality Control Review conducted by Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA) and the World Bank. At the end of the review, the Firm passed the quality control review with some areas that needs improvement.
In August 2012, our firm has won the 2012 Corporate Intl Magazine Global Award for the following category: Auditing Advisory Firm of the Year in Cambodia.

We also provide sufficient time for financial advise and brief training in relation to their internal controls and computerized accounting system to strengthen their accounting system and improve work efficiency.
Future plans of FDC Weekly in-house training has just started in July 2012 to equip our staff on the recent developments in the accounting profession.
Training is one area we would like to expand that is similar to the financial management training we conducted in 2008 for 26 NGOs the USAID is funding in Cambodia.
We also plan to expand our clientele to profit companies in both accounting and auditing services so that the firm will have a good mix of industries we serve.
