In addition, we added Windows Mobile 8 to our available mobile platforms and sped up the development time frame on our NearBySuperDeals, GeoFencing and BCast products which will now be debuting later this Fall. Lastly, we have been scaling membership quickly and we now have close to a million members.

Were there any challenges that needed to be overcome?

Our initial infrastructure turned out to be inadequate relative to massive membership scale and security concerns; we overhauled it and it has been fixed. Another challenge was to educate the world about what we are doing. The market for location based services is still so new (less than 7 % penetration on Internet enabled devices so far in North America) that simply getting people to understand our service takes time. You would be surprised how many people have never heard of GeoSocial Discovery. I told the story the other day to a prominent investor about how our GeoFencing product will allow you to create a virtual fence around your location and be notified when someone/something you specify enters the fence. He looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. I then used the example of driving in a car and setting up a GeoFence that notifies you when a barbeque

restaurant with a five star or better rating on Yelp comes within a moving 10 mile radius. He then had the “ahhh” moment in his eyes.

How was the transaction structured?

It was a straight equity buy – San Antonio Texas based Greehey and Company.

2011 saw global economic turmoil; do you think this has impacted on your 2012/2013 strategy?

It did in that it took a little longer than anticipated to find the correct strategic partner. The good side was we found development salaries and cloud computing costs internationally to be priced well.

Is there anything else you would like to mention?

We intend to explode on the market towards

the end of this year with several new location based services all currently under development like GeoFencing, live streaming location aware video broadcasting (BCast) and our location focused mobile couponing service called NeaBySuperDeals (think Groupon meets Twitter billed on a cost per click model like Google AdWords). These lines of business will be incorporated within the FullCircle GeoSocial Network and will be stand alone websites and mobile apps. We expect to make a lot of noise with these. In addition we are in discussion with a number of international companies to bring the FullCircle Geosocial Network to the global marketplace in a franchise type model. We have deals pending in six countries so far.
