Ronald Donasco, is a CPA and co-founder and Managing Partner of Fontamillas, Donasco & Co., Ltd., an accounting firm catering mostly to international and local non government organizations, schools, and other small and medium enterprises. Ronald is a licensed CPA in the Philippines, Cambodia and UK and obtained memberships with professional accounting bodies such as Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), Certified Public Accountant Association (CPAA), UK and Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE).

Ronald attended the University of the Philippines (UP) in the Visayas, the Premier State University in the Philippines while working as Student Assistant of the University. Ronald earned his Bachelor in Science in Accountancy at UP in May 2000 and passed the CPA exam in May 2001.


Ronald has been in public accounting arena since July 2001. Ronald worked as Professional Audit Staff with C.B. Fuentesfina & Horwath – An Affiliate of Crowe Horwath International from 2001 to 2003. Ronald was an audit staff with C.B. Fuentesfina performing audits with electric companies, banks, and manufacturing companies and other small and medium enterprises in the Philippines.


Between 2003 and 2005, Ronald worked with an International Swiss Based NGO in Cambodia as Chief Accountant. Ronald learned vast experience in financial accounting and donor relations which makes him best in performing audits for Non Government Organizations (NGO). Starting September 2005, Ronald and Sarah Fontamillas founded the accounting firm, Fontamillas, Donasco & Co., Ltd..


Ronald has worked extensively with international and local Non Government Organizations (NGO) in Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Indonesia, India, Nepal and Afghanistan.

accounting controls, creating sound accounting system, effective financial management and building the capacity of the local Accountants. Ronald takes time in learning the systems and controls of the clients and provide practical and suitable recommendations to clients through the management letter. Ronald takes joy in seeing local accountants improve their accounting knowledge and skills that makes them strong accountants in their respective workplaces as a result of the his accounting and audit work with them.

Ronald’s greatest professional achievement is the rapport he has established and maintained with his clients. The clients finds him very professional, approachable and helpful in their needs and Ronald thrives on exceeding their expectations.


He is currently the Treasurer of CaterHelp Catering and Management Ltd– A social enterprise that help employ vulnerable women and children in Cambodia. Ronald has extensive knowledge with many software programs including QuickBooks, Peachtree Accounting, MYOB, ACCPAC accounting and Microsoft Office.


Ronald enjoys singing, travelling, playing table tennis and being with his family and friends.
