For about four and a half years he occupied the position of head of the Accounting Practice Department in the Taxation Policy Directorate of the Ministry of Finance, presided three years the National Accounting Board and in the period 2002 - 2007 he was in charge of the expert teams that developed the regulatory changes in accounting and corporate tax law. From May 2007 to July 2009 he was a counselor at the Budget and Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. economic publications on issues concerning financial accounting and tax legislation in Bulgaria.
