A ‘hands-on’ practical seminar which will address some of the latest gemstone treatments and enhancements that gemmologists, designers, retailers and valuers/ appraisers may encounter in their daily work, with samples available for participants to learn how such treatments may be detected. The seminar will also provide guidance on the correct discloser of treatments, required care and caution of treated gems and the advantages and disadvantages of treatment. This practical seminar is strictly limited to 12 places, so is strictly first come, first seated.
