TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER (TSC) – The TSC provides technical assistance for DePaul-supported software, systems and services, including DePaul ID cards. Consider TSC your first point of contact when you have a technical problem.


TSC has many locations around the university to assist you. In addition, the TSC offers virtual support via telephone, email and a self-service website. Services provided at all locations include: • • • • •

General technical support for DePaul educational and administrative applications


Additional services, such as assistance with personal computers and mobile devices, are available on the Lincoln Park and Loop campuses. At these locations, technicians can assist with data recovery, operating system installation, hardware upgrades, wireless assistance, virus and spyware removal, and general system maintenance. Other locations can assist with issuing and replacing DePaul ID cards.
