• Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital is a one of only two national centres of clinical excellence for treating pseudomyxoma peritonei, a rare form of abdominal cancer. Supported by national commissioners, we plan to increase capacity so more patients from across the UK can benefit from our expertise.

• We will continue our plans for the expansion and development of the regional haemophilia service.

• We will invest in our buildings and improve the estate on both Basingstoke and Winchester sites, including projects to relocate the Outpatient Department in Winchester to the new Burrell Wing.

In order to deliver these developments we must make sure our services have strong, sustainable financial foundations. Clinical excellence is the main motivation for all our aims and activities. We intend to offer the latest, proven best treatments. We also want our Foundation Trust to attract and retain outstanding clinical and support staff so that we can continue to provide excellent care to our patients.
