These dishes are designed for bains marie food display. They can also be used to cook, chill, freeze, bake, steam and microwave. Dishwasher safe and scratchproof, these ceramic dishes hold heat 30% longer than stainless steel. The classic option where GN dishes are required to sit in bains marie wells.
