An easy to use, cold food holding temperature tool. Keep in cabinet with cold foods to ensure they are safely held below 5 °C. Freeze overnight then use to pre-chill cabinet before loading up.


Use for added insurance to keep hot foods hot during holding and transporting. Store in cabinet with hot foods to ensure food remains above 60 °C. Can also be used to pre-warm empty cabinet before loading Use one or two per compartment. Place on bottom rail and store hot food above.

A highly valuable yet economical temperature maintenance tool for caterers. Use to separate hot and cold food held within the same compartment. Or use to minimize empty space and food temperature loss within a partially loaded compartment. Can also be used to separate full and empty food pans held in the same compartment.

Welded front frame & internal door strengtheners. Finished with "Active Coat" anti-bacterial technology which is hard wearing, hygienic and anti-bacterial. Found to be 99.9% effective against MRSA, E-coli and Bacteria for the life of the coating. Dimensions: 1780(h) x 305(w) x 380(d)mm.
