Industrial induction motor for heavy duty use guarantees durability and reliability. Speed: 1500 rpm. Caters for up to 70 covers. R301 has a 3.7 litre ABS cutter bowl R301 Ultra has a 3.7 litre Stainless Steel cutter bowl. Standard smooth-edged blade assembly with removable cap. The new vegetable preparation attachment, common to both the R 301 and R 301 Ultra models, consists of a lidded vegetable preparation bowl. Both the bowl and the lid can be removed for cleaning. Both the R301 and R301 Ultra easily chop, grind, knead and mix. Both models now have pulse function. Discs: 2mm and 4mm slicer & 2mm and 6mm grater. Other discs available. Dimensions: 550(h) x 220(w) x 340(d)mm.
