Ceramic Hot Tiles
A Hot Tile is a gastronorm sized tile which drops in the wells of bains maries or chilled service counters. Food can either be displayed directly on the tile or in a ceramic dish placed on the tile. The tile absorbs the temperature of the counter so does not require any power.
Manufactured from hard wearing ceramic the tiles are slim-line and backed with 18-gauge stainless steel with three fins on the back to keep them in position. They lift tired old bains maries and also enhance new counters - giving an instant, dramatic improvement to food presentation.
