Real Estate is a key competency for Ignis. The Ignis Real Estate team seeks to
maintain high and stable income streams by investing predominantly in portfolios of institutional quality bricks and mortar assets. The investment process employed places a heavy emphasis on capital preservation and maximising the income potential from assets held. This approach has generated outstanding long-term performance and earned the team a strong reputation within the industry.
Ignis Real Estate currently manages £3.3bn in a mixture of segregated mandates and collectives, including flagship products, the Ignis UK Property Fund (an £932m open ended unit trust) and the UK Commercial Property Trust*. Both the collectives have produced strong returns on a long-term basis.
