Photo by Jay Adeff Brian Boitano might be best known for his Olympic skating career, but the California native has also built a name for himself as a self-taught cook. Boitano’s series “What Would Brian Boi- tano Make?” is featured this summer on the Cooking Channel, and he has a new cookbook that is set to be released early next year. Photographer Jay Adeff caught up with this versatile talent during a Cooking Channel promotional video shoot earlier this spring in San Francisco. Brian is pictured on the cover cutting up vegetables with his skater blade knife.
