head gear…
NON-CYCLING readers of DJMag may not have the slightest clue about the needs and musts of a regular cyclist. Believe us when we say that finding the perfect helmet can be a mission and a half. Thankfully, the majority of the leg work has been done courtesy of Giro - a company au fait with stylish protective gear. Their Reverb helmet is retro- chic, classic-designed coming in a cool range of colours and subtle prints. Techy-wise, it’s got an In-Mold polycarbonate shell with EPS liner and AutoLoc technology. We’ll take their word for that but can confirm it looks well buff.

PAtrIotIC Deck shoes with a history onboard…
SURPRISINGLY, Sebago was founded in 1946, when their first shoe was a hand-sewn penny loafer, modeled on Indian moccasins, which later morphed into the iconic deck shoe in the 1970s. Present day Spring Summer and it’s the Patriot with transparent sole Union Jack with rawhide laces that’s
grabbed our attention. Whether it’s dockside or beachwear, the classic boat shoe cuts a fine look with jeans, chinos, shorts or longs. And in the run up to Her Majesty’s Diamond Jubilee romp and the Olympics bonanza, we say Sebago Docksides are go!
