ANOTHER booming UK club scene, Bristol’s owes a huge debt to the alliance of two bastions. One, a warehouse space used as a skate park dubbed Motion; the other, said venue’s fl agship event, enjoying its seventh year, known as Just Jack.


The part-brainchild of Rag, one of the minds behind In:Motion and Love Saves The Day festival, the event has run as the lifeblood of the city’s house scene thanks to its madcap, let-your-hair-down


mentality and dedication to cutting-edge line-ups. After bringing Seth Troxler, Craig Richards and Appleblim to its bass-ridden bowels for its birthday last month, on 28th April, Just Jack has roped in Maceo Plex, Tensnake, Subb-an, Gavin Herlihy, Laura Jones, Jay Shepheard and Blawan in a bid to bring Bristol more of what it continually cries out for; its beloved beats. Get down there and move your body.
