Fitness Tip – Gay Gasper, IFTA, AFFA, ACE

Nationally and Internationally recognized teacher and trainer, specializing in Step, Fit Camps, Kick Boxing and Total Body Conditioning

Step training is a great way to do a creative cardiovascular workout. Steps and risers can also be utilized as a tool for numerous class formats including total body conditioning, fit camp and circuit training. One of my favorite exercises using a step is on an incline. Use one riser on the bottom and two on the top. The students sit, roll back and power up using the abdominal muscles and legs.
