NeoSpeed™ - developed and optimised using the latest Finite Element methods - delivers a manufacturing throughput up to four times greater than traditional threaded or breakstem fasteners. The NeoSpeed™ blind riveting

The new SOYER HZ-1 universal weld stud can be used with all known stud welding systems including capacitor discharge, drawn arc and short-cycle drawn arc types. Together with the corresponding welding equipment, this new type of weld stud can now virtually replace the innumerable variety of weld studs offered in the market. The innovative HZ-1 weld stud allows first-class, leakproof and non- detachable weld joints to be produced featuring a very decorative appearance. The ratio between stud diameter Ø and sheet thickness is 10:1. There is no flange, no weld spatter and no weld fillet interference and the thread can be used right up to the base material.
