Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG will be showing an enhancement of the company’s silica-based seal with integrated lubricant at the Fastener Fair Hannover. In particularly difficult applications the Delta-Protekt® VH 301.1 GZ topcoat prevents stick/slip effects when fitting chromium (VI)-free surfaces against e-coated parts. It can also be assembled against aluminium without any problem and fulfils the specifications of VW’s new norm 1131-1/2. Combined with the Delta-Protekt® KL 100 zinc flake basecoat the system features corrosion resistance times of over 720 hours in salt spray testing and provides greater resistance to brake fluid, oils and cleaning agents. It improves mechanical properties, withstands temperatures of up to 180°C for 96 hours, achieves better grip results and ensures that coefficients of friction are kept constant. The coefficient of friction as per DIN EN ISO 16047 lies here in a range between 0.09 and 0.14µges (VDA). The corrosion protection layer’s high resistance to mechanical stress also enables constant coefficients of friction to be maintained even when parts are assembled in or out numerous times. The screw connection retains its friction-locking capacity. even when exposed to heat. In terms of loosening under temperature as defined by VW 1131-2, a value of > 0.06 is achieved. The company became in November 2011 became the first winner of the ‘Best Professional Supplier’ award in the ‘Materials and Semi-finished Products’ category.
Eine Weiterentwicklung der silikatischen Versiegelung mit integriertem Schmiermittel präsentiert die Dörken MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, Herdecke, vom 24. bis 26. April 2012 auf der Fastener Fair in Hannover. Der Topcoat Delta-Protekt® VH 301.1 GZ verhindert in besonders schwierigen Anwendungen Stick-Slip-Effekte beim Verbau von Chrom(VI)-freien Oberflächen gegen KTL-beschichtete Teile. Er lässt sich zudem problemlos gegen Aluminium verschrauben und erfüllt die Forderungen der neuen VW-Norm 1131-1/2. In Kombination
mit dem Zinklamellen Basecoat Delta- Protekt® KL 100 zeichnet sich das System durch Korrosionsstandzeiten von über 720 Stunden im Salzsprühtest aus und sorgt für eine höhere Beständigkeit gegen Bremsflüssigkeit, Öle und Reinigungsmittel. Es verbessert die mechanischen Eigenschaften, erfüllt die Temperaturbeständigkeit bei 96 Stunden und 180°C, erzielt bessere Haftungsergebnisse und sichert die Konstanthaltung der Reibwerte. Die Reibungszahl nach DIN EN ISO 16047 liegt dabei in einem Fenster zwischen 0,09 und 0,14 µges (VDA). Durch die hohe mechanische Belastbarkeit der Korrosionsschutzschicht sind auch Mehrfachverschraubungen bei konstanten Reibzahlen möglich. Die Kraftschlüssigkeit der Schraubverbindung bleibt unter Hitzebelastung erhalten. Beim Warmlöseverhalten gem. VW 1131- 2 wird ein Wert > 0,06 erreicht.
