A-Stainless is a manufacturer, specialized in making innovation threading dies and multithreaded applications. Besides the conventional round threads, we have introduced to the market the square and the hexlobular threads and various irregular thread forms, particularly for wood, self-drilling and roofing screws. Through the substantial drive-in-torque reductions with a better gripping and holding power, a higher level of product safety is provided. This allows pre-drilling even on some densest woods and composites. With a general 30 - 50% lower drive-in torque, problems with cracking wood while applying can be reduced which also helps to prevent screws from breaking and thus subsequently enabling life-cost improvements.
