What does Ocean’s Edge do?


Ocean’s Edge Company was established to produce the Ocean’s Edge Beachfront Condominium. The company’s managing partners work full time, supervising and directing the project. One partner will concentrate on construction the other on finance, administration, and marketing. The company has a current turnover of US $15 million. This will increase to US $25 by the end of 2012. Ocean’s Edge’s success has led to us being offered new opportunities to begin new projects. However, the company will not launch a new venture until completing its current projects, because we feel that dividing the company’s focus could result in a lowering of standards – and this is completely unacceptable.
