INTERNATIONAL agency Barrasford & Bird

sales manager and six new members of staff, and the second is in France, at our Chateau Resort, Chateau de la Cazine Golf and Spa Resort,” says B&B. John Perkins (pictured) is the manager selected to set up the new team in Bristol. “We are still hiring new staff and looking
for enthusiastic, motivated sales people to join our successful international sales team,” B & B marketing assistant Nicola Rickard told OPP. The company says that its “mission is to develop 10 projects in 10 years.” The fi rst project, Halcyon Hills, is set on the Greek island of Samos and the second, Chateau de la Cazine, in Limousin, France is now “close to opening”.
Mendosa & Balboni join Gibson Sotheby’s Sharon Mendosa and Kevin
Balboni have joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty’s U.S. offices in the Greater Boston Area, between them bringing “27 years of real estate experience and enthusiasm to the business.” They have a lot of market knowledge and contacts in the Massachusetts towns of Concord, Carlisle, and Acton says the agency. “The Boston real estate market
has fared extremely well in recent years compared to other localities nationwide,” the company also told OPP. Gibson Sotheby’s will help
both of the new recruits use “a sophisticated marketing approach highly geared to speak to today’s savvy and internet-based clients.”
“This steadfast mentality of
always putting the sellers and prospective buyers first is what has built up Sotheby’s to the worldwide leader in real estate and art that it is today,” said the agency. “Service, quality and dedication
is Sotheby’s’ backbone, and no better team exemplifies this notion than Sharon Mendosa and Kevin Balboni.” Gibson Sotheby’s International
Realty is Boston’s largest independent real estate company with eight offices. It is part of an international network of more than 580 offices in 42 countries. The firm has offices in Boston’s Back Bay, South End, Waterfront, Charlestown, and Savin Hill neighbourhoods as well as Westwood and Weston.
