What did Matrix-Iguana Developments says in its entry form? “When we decided to develop in Thailand we wanted to fi nd the best locations … sites that offered great shopping, tourist and family attractions, nightlife and fun in the sun. This is why we chose Pattaya and Jomtien. Only an hour’s drive from the new Suwanaboom Airport, the location is ideal for the international holiday-maker and investor. Pattaya offers a wide variety of entertainment venues as well as world-class hotels and restaurants. We conducted our own due-diligence on other companies in the area and looked at what and where they were building. We monitored the average price range for each condominium in the area as well. We knew that we wanted to offer something different. We wanted to be the fi rst developer in Pattaya to offer a resort-style condominium at affordable prices and in locations that were easy to access. We decided to build our fi rst three projects fi ve minutes from the city centre in the prestigious Pratumnak Hill area. It is an area that appeals to investors who like to near the city’s nightlife, but is also quiet and peaceful. The local taxi rank is only 50 metres from the condominiums and it is easy to get downtown and/or the beach 24 hours a day.
