COMMS PEOPLE JMC in strategic hire
JMC IT has entered the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market following the appointment of Jason Earnshaw as CRM Solutions Consultant and the launch of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. JMC has responded to rising demand from clients looking to maximise the lifetime value of customer relationships and make their marketing efforts more effective. Earnshaw noted: “We held off from entering the CRM space until Dynamics CRM offered the right functions for the type and size of clients we work with, typically between five and 50 users. It’s also available in the cloud making the software more affordable and accessible to smaller businesses. It’s already had a fantastic reception from our
existing customers. One of the biggest reasons CRM projects fail is that the software isn’t user friendly enough and staff don’t buy into it. Our approach is intuitive. We like to call it ‘Outlook on steroids’. It’s based on Outlook, a platform people use every day, so it’s what people know and are used to.” Andrew Burgess, Managing Director, added: “Jason’s appointment was hugely strategic for JMC. CRM is a difficult marketplace. The software has the capability to completely transform a business’ operations, but there are so many projects that don’t deliver and put people off.”
