Returns or refunds cannot be issued.  Clearly label your boxes using the label enclosed.  Wine delivered to the Decanter office cannot be accepted.  Please ensure that you pay all shipping duty and taxes associated. Please liaise with your shipping company for advice on how to complete the payments.  Entrants that fail to send samples cannot be refunded.
