Wine that arrives after the deadline date will not be accepted. Returns or refunds cannot be issued. Clearly label your boxes using the label enclosed. Wine delivered to the Decanter office cannot be accepted. Please ensure that you pay all shipping duty and taxes associated. Please liaise with your shipping company for advice on how to complete the payments. Entrants that fail to send samples cannot be refunded.
