ICKEY SHUFFLE DRILL • Start with both feet outside the ladder and to the right of the first square (A).


• Step into the first square with your right foot followed immediately by your left foot (B, C).


• Now step to the outside and right of the second square with your right foot followed by your left foot, but being careful not to let the left foot touch the ground (D).


• Now the left foot goes onto the square followed immediately by the right foot (E).


• Next, the left foot goes outside and to the left of the third square


followed immediately by the right foot being careful not to let the right foot touch the ground (F).
