Crystal Nails have recently opened their new shop and training centre in Dublin.
The shop will stock Crystal Nails supplies for nail techs and you can also pop along and try out the products before you make a purchase. The newly equipped training centre offers courses in acrylic and gel nails, through to nail art training.

The new Crystal Nails training centre. Create the tortoise shell design
Following on from November’s IB, this month CND are showing you how to create tortoise shell nail art using Shellac.
To create the design pictured, simply apply a coat of Shellac UV base coat, followed by two coats of Shellac Fedora, curing for two minutes after each application. Using a small amount of Iced Capuccino, drag a brush across the nail in many different directions to create the tortoise shell effect and cure for two minutes. End the Shellac application as usual by applying a thin layer of topcoat and curing for two minutes and remove the film with a plastic-backed, lint free pad soaked with Isoprophyl Alcohol.

This eye-catching range includes a total of 12 new limited edition lacquers, six glitters and six shimmer colours.
The glitter range includes Getting Miss Piggy With It, a glitter red; Divine Swine, a glitter purple; Fresh Frog of Bel Air, a glitter green; Gone Gozo!, a turquoise glitter; Excuse Moi!, a pink glitter; and Rainbow Connection, a colourful glitter.
