Our private villas and townhouses give you the freedom to do exactly what you want, when you want! If you fancy a lie-in, it’s yours for the taking. Instead of sightseeing, spend a few hours lazing by the pool. Your kitchen doesn’t stop serving at certain times, either. You can eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between at times to suit you! There are excellent supermarkets close by or, if you don’t fancy cooking, head to one of the many restaurants in your area for a delicious meal, American-style!

Stress-free arrival We’ve made settling in to your Orlando villa effortless! After your flight across the Atlantic, one of our Resort Representatives will greet you at the airport (Concourse A). If you are staying at one of our Orlando Villas our Representatives will give you your arrival pack, villa keys/lockbox number and directions to your allocated villa. The following morning you will need to make your way to the Virgin Holidays Villa Office to register and leave security deposits.
On hand to help Our local Representatives are available to answer your questions and give valuable tips on the area. Whilst on holiday, if you have any concerns please let your Virgin Holidays’ Representative know immediately. There is also a dedicated Virgin Holidays centre on hand to assist and a 24-hour emergency assistance number for when you need them most!
Pre-purchase pool heating (Nov-Apr) During the winter months, you may wish to have your personal pool heated. Why not purchase this when you book your holiday? The pool heating will be switched on the day of your arrival and will then be warm enough to use by the second full day of your holiday. Please note: The pool temperature will heat to 10-15º warmer than the outside temperature. Villas available with pool heating will be shown on the relevant pages.
