ANDY SHIELDS Vice President, Asia Pacific, Wencor


Andy Shields, VP PMA - Wencor, has more than 27 years of engineering and operational experience, including leadership positions with the Royal Air Force, Airbus industries, Honeywell and various US airlines. He is a licensed European Professional Engineer and has held an FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER). Andy is also a Certified Manager of Quality/Operations Excellence, Program Management Professional (PMP), holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license and has led or participated in multiple aircraft industry technical steering committees. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England and an MBA from Herriot-Watt University.


LARRY SHIEMBOB Timken General Manager, Aerospace MRO


Mr. Shiembob is the General Manager of the Timken MRO business segment of the aerospace group. He has 33 years of aerospace experience and was President of EXTEX up until 2008 when it was acquired by Timken. Prior to joining EXTEX, Mr. Shiembob worked for a number of aerospace engine manufacturers and has experience in engine development, certification, production and aftermarket support. He has a BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Engineering Administration from the University of Utah. He is an instrumented rated pilot and was a FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for over 15 years.


MANODJ SOEDHWA Director of European, Middle East and (West) Asia Sales for Jet Parts Engineering


Manodj Soedhwa joined Jet Parts Engineering in 2006. Previously, Manodj had an extensive engineering and project management career in the military, automotive and off-shore sector. He has worked with KLM for more than 11 years having held several positions in planning, industrial engineering (engine shop), (shop) management and strategic/corporate purchasing. Manodj earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Amsterdam.

Rus Sutaria, is a graduate from Kingston University with a B.Eng (Hons.) in Aerospace Engineering, and a student of City University inLondon, where he is working towards an MSc in Aircraft Maintenance Management. He possesses 18 years experience within Aircraft Engineering and maintenance, of which 12 years has been spent working for various high-profile aviation businesses in Technical Services functions. With IBA Group as one of his key clients, Rus Sutaria’s aviation consultancy (ARC- Aero) provides training and consultancy support in both Civilian and military aviation disiplines, and specialises in Aviation Safety & Regulatory training development & delivery.


DON WILSON Vice President - Inventory Locator Service, LLC


Don has been with ILS for 19 years, serving as area sales manager and commercial director of the then EMEA ILS subsidiary before becoming Director of Government Programs and for the last four years, Vice President of Sales. Prior to coming to ILS, Don was the general manager of an FAA repair station in Texas, specializing in Lycoming (Honeywell) engine repair for commercial and military customers. A 20-year U.S. Army officer, Don spent five years working as the in-country advisor to the Egyptian and Moroccan Armed Forces and earlier in his career was a decorated combat helicopter pilot and flight instructor. Don has an Associates Degree in Aeronautical Studies from Embry Riddle University, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
